Welcome
β½ Petrol, Gasβ¦ and Ja, Weβll Make a Plan

Itβs not just the number on the pump, is it?
Itβs that little moment where you glance at the priceβ¦ do the mathsβ¦ and adjust the plan.
We know this feeling. Most of us grew up with it in one form or another. And if thereβs one thing South Africans are good at, itβs adapting quickly, making a plan, and carrying on.
Yes, the numbers are shifting again.
The latest Ofgem price cap for a typical dual-fuel household is Β£1,641 for April to June, which is down from the previous quarter β a small bit of breathing room where weβll take it.
At the same time, the RAC reported this week that average UK fuel prices are sitting around 157.71p per litre for unleaded and 190.62p for diesel, with some uncertainty still in the mix.
So yes⦠things are moving.
But hereβs the thing, this isnβt new territory for us, and we just make a plan.
So, this week, weβre keeping it simple: a few practical ways to take the edge off, a few small wins that add up, and a reminder that youβre not the only one noticing it.
Weβve got this!
